In this book you will find studies on dream cases, and the opinions of some of those whom I had the honor of teaching or associating with. Many of the techniques mentioned in this book are also found in Daydreaming, but in more detail. In this book, I have provided briefer explanations of these techniques, which can be easily accessed by beginners in the world of lucid dreaming, but it still requires someone to apply them well.
